We were delayed by a day as BA canceled our flight but this change was handled by MBW with one call and texting our new flight and arrival time without any hassle. The only hiccup is the poor Mobile signal in the luggage hall makes that final contact difficult.

NOT BAD SERVICE BUT SIGNAGE SHOULD BE BETTER WHERETO GO WHEN YOU GET THERE I WENT THROUGH THE DROP OFF ZONE BEFORE FINDING IT

It was my first time flying from T5 and I am so glad that the service from MBW was great. Everything went very smooth and our car was ready and waiting for us when we got back. Thank you so much.

This is the second time we have used MBW , very efficient and makes life so much easier when dropping off and collecting after a flight. I opted for the valet, as expected, therefore no complaints. My only gripe was having to pay to leave the car park. This would suggest that my car had been on site an unnecessarily long time.

Very happy with the MBW Meet & Great service at London Heathrow Terminal 3. Drove the car to the short term car park, level 4, greeted by MBW representative, parked car, received a confirmation slip and walked 2 minutes to departures. On return, called MBW when collected luggage and walked to short term car park. Car arrived in good condition 5 minutes later. All good, will use this service next time.

The service was good, however the arrival instructions for dropping the car off could be clearer. The instruction stated to proceed to the short term car park level 4. The instructions didn’t state to go through the meet and greet ticket barrier, but to use the short term car park entrance and this this meant I had to pay 2 car park fees to drive through and get out, which was £6 a time. The first time it stood me to Level 3 and the second time I went in on level 4 and it took me straight to level 3 again. I spoke with the company people and another user had said that they did the same. I will email them as well, to ask them to amend/update their instruction in the Information email. Car took slightly longer to arrive than they advised, but not surprised at 17:30 on a Friday afternoon. The area very busy with traffic, so that I can understand.
