“Waited more than 30 mins at T3 for "meet and greet" to turn up despite had followed instructions to contact them 30 mins before arrival. This is not the first time it happened, thought would give them benefit of doubt after first time - not again!”

“Our flight got changed to an earlier time and different terminal. We rang them and they changed this at no extra cost. The only complaint would be more instructions on our return to terminal 5 where they are located on floor 4”

“Very good service and a lot cheaper than parking at the airport. Only thing that stopped it being 5 stars was that the guy filling out my info didn’t complete the bit with my mileage and any scratches etc on my car. I took a photo of this uncompleted page, photos of my car and photos of my mileage. All was fine, but this piece of information should have been filled out before getting me to sign the paperwork.”
