“Service generally good and when there is a slight glitch MBW seem to be equal to it. My only concern is that most times when I arrive at the desk, be it on drop off or collection, there is no-one there, unlike the other two companies located there. That said, I keep using MBW and will do again on my next trip.”

“Whilst our car was taken and brought back in good order, the instructions were unclear for a "first-timer". We initially went to the wrong desk so the (very short) time allowance of 15 minutes was almost used up and there was little time at handover for taking photos and off-loading luggage. On return, it says to see the "captain". However, there is no captain in the car park, you just wait for your vehicle to be delivered. I only found this out from the Purple Parking desk!”
