“The room was very comfortable, quiet & well appointed. However the spa facilities were in need of attention. There was no one available at the spa reception & no towels when we visited.”
“The hotel itself is in the perfect location, they also have the biggest car park for guests. The hotel was very modern inside and the rooms and bathroom were very spacious with great amenities inside the room. My biggest issue with my stay was that it is close to an airport meaning lots of travellers returning after long flight or staying before a long flight are looking for somewhere to get a good night's sleep which this hotel did not offer. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were flat. We both woke up with a pain in our sides like we had slept on a floor and neck ache from no support on the pillows. If they can sort out the beds this would be a 5 * for us.”

“We were extremely disappointed by our stay at the Hilton T5 hotel. There was a large Christmas party being held in the hotel, the music from the party was extremely loud throughout the hotel. We choose the hotel as it is close to the airport so we could get a good nights sleep before an early flight. The music was playing until 1am in the morning. The music was way too loud and prevented us from sleeping until 1 when it stopped. When we mentioned this to the hotel staff they were not apologetic at all. I would not recommend staying that this hotel, they have a large function room and you would not know before booking if they have an event on.”
“Easy to find . Lovely room . Good restaurant and bar area with nice atmosphere . Long wait time at reception with only one colleague working hard to check people In between 8-9 pm”
“We arrived at the scheduled time only to be told the hotel was closed to paying customers as they were accepting batches of illegal immigrants. They had all the paperwork set up to successfully gain asylum in many different languages, including English! We were not pre-warned to by either APH or the hotel that our booking had been cancelled. When we initially walked into the hotel we noticed that all the exits were guarded, presumably to stop the illegal immigrant escaping? We were told you would have to go to another hotel but we tried to phone that hotel couldn’t get through in the end we did and they did confirm we had a booking, but it was further away from the terminal so it defeated the whole object really very very unhappy with the performance and the fact that they put a legal immigrants needs above that of paying customers something we won’t forget for a long time. It was quite shocking and a really bad start to a holiday.”

Terrible food, poor service. Unpleasant extremely loud music in bar, trying to compete with the also extremely loud music in the lobby areas.
Will not stay there again”
