“An acceptable night’s stay prior to an early morning departure from Heathrow. Slept well, and the room was very clean, but there was no real welcome and the whole experience felt very impersonal. It was difficult late at night to work out how to get into the hotel as both entrances were marked “Residence (sic) only” which was very confusing. We did not eat there and so cannot comment on the food. Generally though, as by no means the cheapest airport hotel on offer, we felt that it could be much improved.”
“Easy to find, great parking facilities (we could also charge our car) and minutes away from airport parking. Lovely staff too and the welcome cookie is always a nice touch! Look forward to staying again soon”
