“We turned up to a deserted carpark with no cars in and outside the door to the hotel was a big group of men hanging around on their phones. We didn’t like the look of it nor the security inside the door- so thanks to APH not telling us that it was no longer a 4 star hotel, we turned round and left and found another hotel. Disgusting that APH didn’t update us and kept the booking fee. We lost money but at least slept well elsewhere.”

eathrow but directions to terminal 5 car park could do with some improvement.”
“On arrival concierge were very helpful and very friendly. The hotel was easy to find and clean. The bar was relaxed and friendly. The only downside for us as we booked a triple room was the sofa bed was way past being useful and you could see that before my son got in it. Needless to say he had a terrible night which meant we all did.”
