“Great hotel about 10 mins drive from Heathrow airport. Nice room, comfy bed, good shower. Friendly staff. Bar had good selection of food and drinks and was reasonably priced. Would stay here again when flying from Heathrow.”
“The hotel is ok, it was clean and close to the airport, which we needed. The loo didn’t flush properly but otherwise it was ok for the money. A glass of wine cost £10 which I thought was too much.”
“Main reception area is lovely staff were great very welcoming. Room was a bit small and needed some tlc but was clean. Biggest issue was the awful pull out bed, could not call the thin piece of foam a mattress. We called reception to ask for a mattress and was brought a duvet to put over it. Really not acceptable for the price you pay for the room.”
“Not happy that £50 was taken from my card 3 days later still nothing put back in my account, I would kit have been able too stay with you and pay days later, some people could have been depending on that money”
