“Check in was swift with a friendly smile. The receptionist gave us the parking ticket to exit as this was included in our package.
The room was clean. The beds are dreadful. We stayed in a family room for four. Two doubles. All four of us barely slept unfortunately and had sore backs the next day. Please consider changing the mattresses.

“We only stayed one night as we had a early flight to catch following day. Room was very nice, comfy bed and could hear very little noise from outside thanks to the windows. As we were up early, had to get an early night and the room got very dark, thanks to the black out curtains. We had food that evening in the resturaunt, very nice and service was freindly. Have only given 4* as we were up early and missed the breakfast offering (I'm sure that would have taken it to 5*). Would recommend to anyone who needed to use as a stop over stay.”
“Service was ok but incredibly slow. Waited ages to check in while staff ignored us. Reserved in restaurant then they seemingly forgot us. Waited 15 mins to take order, even for drinks. Staffw very friendly just incredibly inefficient. Restaurant food incredibly average. Kids pizzas were unacceptable but they were so hungry by that time they ate them.
Room was fine.”
“Convenient location and comfortable, clean room. The restaurant was poor though. Food was reheated with overcooked vegetables. Worst still they were out of stock of many of their wines including prosecco and even their own house wines!”
