“Very welcoming at reception. Issue with door lock was sorted quickly and professionally. Service with bar food was excellent. I would definitely use this hotel again in the future.”
“We were booked into the wrong Hilton Garden Inn. APH were excellent trying to help us. The Hilton would not help at all and made us pay for the hotel we stayed in as we had to be close to terminal 3, for an early morning flight. APH refunded a small amount, which was helpful, but the Hilton had no expense on the empty room at the wrong Hilton and they would not help. As it was 5pm they had plenty of time to rehire the room.”
“Nice hotel near to Terminal 3 for Heathrow. Nice rooms and facilities with several pubs close by. Just be careful when getting there as there's a lot of speed cameras. Would recommend and use again.”
