“The hotel was pleasant enough, with a welcoming foyer and welcoming staff. The staff were attentive and even provided a small gift for our little boy, which was a nice touch. The room was fairly basic, but did the job and all in all, did what we required prior to an early Morning Heathrow departure.
The main disappointment was the food. The menu seemed inviting but the food wasn't great and was quite pricey. I was expecting more considering the price considering it was a Hilton.”
“We stayed one night before flying from Heathrow with pretty low expectations but were blown away by the friendly genuine welcome from the reception team.
Room was very comfitabke, parking easy and the food top notch.
We will be staying here for next trip in March. Highly recommended from us”

“Good size room, clean and perfect location for an early flight from Heathrow. Bar area was nice but slightly pricey. Added bonus of shuffleboard in the hotel reception”
“We checked in with Kimberley, she was so welcoming and warm, explained everything to us, and chatted friendly asking about our pending holiday, we explained it was our 40th Wedding anniversary.
An hour later there was a knock on our door and Kimberley was there with an Anniversary card, wine and chocolates. It made our stay so special!

Food was good, bed was awesome.
My only 2 gripes were
Was going to buy a chocolate bar from the small shop they have on-site
£2.50 for a Twix - wow. I get you are a captive audience but that is just wrong
They had electric car charging however no leads. I wanted to charge my car but couldn't, they should have leads
I would stay here again”
