“Efficient and quick. My only comment would be the chap I spoke to when we got back to T4 was a bit sharp with me. Its says to call the number whe you have landed, whic I did and then again when you get to baggage reclaim, which I did but the phone wasn't answered and went to voicemail on both occassions. They then called me back however I could not speak to them at this time as I was in the midst of getting the bags and making sure my hsband was OK as he had assistance. So when I called them back a 3rd time I mentioned this and he said we are busy dont you know !!!! Notvery good service but thee car was returned quickly. Shame about the chap onthe phone but it would not put me off using them again.”
“Pretty rubbish arriving and leaving ways.
Had to wait ages and call to see where they were.
Took so long on arrival 15 minute parking had expired before they arrived.
Won't chose them again and may consider not using APH any more either”
