“The process of picking off and dropping the car was good and smooth. It was later when i brought the car home after 32 days of parking, i witnessed my car was full of tree saps every where on the bonet, rood, mirrors and the window.
They have literally damaged the body of my car. I have made a complaint to the department and awaiting response. To be honest, i have contact 3 professional cleaners and they are saying they cannot clean it and it needs to be taken to the body shop.
Unbelievable, i booked the company based on the reputation and based on this experience i would recommend to be very careful with them.”
“Had a problem contacting them on the way to the airport as one of the mobile numbers wasn't accepting calls and the other number said the voice mail was full so we couldn't even leave a message. Kept trying and eventually got through but made the journey to the airport stressful.
Other than that we were happy with the parking and would consider using again.”
