“Not impressed. Told to park in a certain row which we did then found no-one waiting to greet us . Then they turned up without even a smile and told us we had parked in the wrong place , even though we had followed their instructions implicitly. On return again followed instructions re phoning only to find that we had to wait approx 15-20 minutes for the car to arrive .”
“I have previously had one good experience (as a travel agent I use airport meet and greet at least once a month and like to try them all) but having to wait 25 mins for my car when I arrived around 7.30pm (and after you call TWICE!) - was super annoying and I wont be using again.”
