“Noticed a new deep scratch in my back bumper when I got home. Sadly, after 30 hours of travel I didn't do a close enough inspection to highlight it when I collected the car. They also left a used coffee cup in my cup holder. Unproffesional, don't recommend them.”
“Although the drop off and pick up were acceptable, I have used this services twice in the last month and on each occassion when I phoned to say we had landed and again when we collected our luggage there was no reply - i was given the option of leaving a message with no certainty that my message had been received. In fact on both occasions it had not as I was forced to call again with no acknowledgement of the previous messages left”
