“Very good. They were present to take the car from us and delivered the car to us in a very timely way. Only waited 3 minutes at the collection point. This was great as another firm based in LHR had made us wait 25 minutes when leaving the car and then another 35 minutes when collected. So we were very happy when this company delivered on their service. Thank you very much”
“As my car was only taken 4 miles away having to wait over half an hour for it was not good having for someone disabled and the fact that I was charged for parking at £7.50 each time was covered by my blue badge for free so it cost £15 out of the hundred it cost me , I know this as I drove through the barrier without using the ticket .”
