“There was someone already to greet us as we arrived at the meeting place and similarly on the return journey our car was ready and waiting. A very good service which enabled us easy walking access to the airport terminal. The instructions were very clear and everything went as clockwork. This is the second time we have used this service at Heathrow airport and would not hesitate to use it again.”
