“I followed the instructions to call ahead while on my way, as requested. However, upon arrival, I still had to wait an additional 20–25 minutes before being seen and handing over the car.
On return, I rang once we had landed and again while at the luggage carousel, yet I still experienced a further 30-minute wait before my car was returned. Additionally, the car was noticeably dirtier than when I dropped it off.
While I appreciate the battery charge from 47% to 90%, the repeated requests to call ahead appeared to make little difference to the overall efficiency of the service.”
“Although the instructions for getting to the car park upon arrival and return could do with some tweaking, to make them more clear, I really can't fault the service! Very efficient and would definitely use again. It meant I was home, back in the West Country, within 2 hours of landing, which was a miracle!”
“First time using meet and greet bit apprehensive but all ok.Only thing I would say is you need to take photos of your car before you leave it which is not known until you meet your pickup, will definitely use again no question.”
“Meet and greet at the car park was on time and efficient. On return I called on landing, I had no baggage to collect, and the car was returned to the T3 short stay car park within 30 minutes of my call, with a battery at 96%.”
“Took good care of my Tesla even though it didn’t like their slow charger, they took it to the Heathrow Tesla Superchargers and charged it there to 90% ready for our return.
Prompt service, thanks!”
“While overall I was very pleased with the service, I found the process, when picking up and dropping off the car, to be confusing. There were no attendants who were clearly marked as APH/Ev ParkGiant people and yet there were a lot of people around and a lot of companies in attendance. Consequently, I had to hunt down the attendant by going up to people and asking them. This took quite some time.
I would prefer the attendants to be wearing hi-vis jackets clearly labelled so that they are easy to recognise.”
