“The instructions were not accurate - it said follow sign for Fast Track Business Parking and not Heathrow Meet & Greet, but there were no signs for Business Parking, only Meet & Greet, so the company needs to update its instructions”
“Very easy, called 30 mins out from Heathrow and they were there to meet and greet.
Called when we landed (pointless) and when through baggage claim (which triggers them to come).
Car was fully charged and at 99% when handed over to us, enough to get us back home on a long journey.”
“Used Tesco points to pay for most of it. So felt like it was free. Car was left with them with 20% charge. Cam back to the short stay car park with 100% charge. So we were able to get home without messing around liking for a charge station.”

“Signs you are given to find them bare no relation to signage at Heathrow whatsoever. Paid them to park and charge my car - but ended ip so lost and running out of charge driving round and round T5 to find them, that I ended up paying again to park elsewhere. Conveniently they have a ‘if you can’t find us, it’s your problem’ approach despite giving out inaccurate signs to follow. Avoid”
“Never having used a valet type of service before, and after reading some negative comments in the press about cars being abused while the owner was on holiday I wasn't sure what to expect. There was no need for me to worry. The drop-off and collection ran like clockwork, plus the car was fully charged when they returned it to me. First class service.”
