“It was easy for park and travel and when we come back from holiday car was almost full charge so we have enough battery to travel to home and no need charg and reach home with kids easy without hassle.”
“Everything was very good and efficient. We were met promptly and the car was well looked after and came back fully charged. On landing we made both the phone calls and we waited only a minute or two once back at the collection point - excellent! The directions there could do with a bit of updating as some of the signs are different but we still found the right part of the car park.”
“Never again, Paid for EV park giant - so may car would have been charged upon my return to the Uk as i landed at an awkward time. Upon return the car had not been charged at all and to top it all off the staff i had spoken to prior to bagagge claim told me he wouldnt retrieve the care untill i had gotten my baggage. After collecting baggage and informing the staff of this i arrived at teh collection point - only to wait around for 30 minutes for the car to arrive. If you own an EV do not book this service and expect it to be charged for you.”
“I paid for the evPark Giant Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport (Terminal 5) which included my electric car being fully charged upon collection due to a 180 mile drive home from Heathrow. When i landed back in the UK i checked my car app and it confirmed that the car was not charged up. When i called APH to confirm my arrival and told then about the situation, i think they forgot to charge the car. They told me that if i wanted it charging, i would need to wait for an hour or so ("go and grab a coffee"). This was the the last thing i wanted after a 7 hour flight with 2 tired kids. I had no other option than to wait. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM APH.”
