Excellent service. Met on arrival. Car charged as requested (but don't be alarmed if they don't charge until a few hours before your arrival time). Car arrived at meeting point just as we did so no hanging around. All in all would fully recommend.

The car was charged to 100%, so we're on for a winner already! Was easy to drop and pick up car in the short stay car park. They were also accomodating for a 30 min change in time because I didn't hit any traffic. Only two things I'd suggest to improve: 1. When I got to the short stay to drop the car off it wasn't clear who to give the keys to, eventually after 15 mins of searching and asking at all the desks a driver arrived to take the car. 2. I called when landed and collected baggage but had to wait for half an hour for the car in the short stay car park.

Great service. Easy drop off, I called ahead as I was ½ an hour early which was accommodated with no dramas and when I collected the car I found it had been charged to 87%. Fantastic service, thank you!

Great customer service. Both the person picking up and dropping the car were very friendly and helpful. Car was charged to 100%

Great service, simple to book online. Booked Heathrow meet and greet service. Easy instructions to locate drop off point. Phone answered straight away to notify of arrival. Great service all round and car was fully charged to 98% which meant we could travel all the way home with a recharging stop. Thank you. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Good service - is difficult to get through on the phone sometimes (which is the only reason I haven't given it a 5 star review), but we were rung back quickly so it was OK (if stressful). Car parked and charged all inclusive - car in good order when it was returned to us.

Car was delivered back I the darkest part of the car park, as we were loading our suitcases, the chauffeur? Hastily got our exit ticket and gave it to my wife and scurried off, it was the middle of the night, and cold and wet, On arriving home, after a 5-6 hour journey I went to charge my EV car up and was horrified at the state of the front of my car scratches all over the bonnet and tops of the wings, I had only picked my new car up a few days before, totally gutted, and to make it worse, the company said they would fix it, the car has now been returned to motability, as Ev,s are not what they are bigged up to be, and I spent the weekend and my own money fixing it, and these people are on the defence discount service list shocking

As the only ev charge and park service at Heathrow it’s not like there’s a choice! I have used the service 3 times and my only complaint is the time it takes to get your car when you land. I waited over30 mins this last time. Car came charged as promised.
