“I would be interested to see the video footage of before and after the car was collected at Heathrow Terminal 5 level 5 as the off side passenger wheel at the back had an enormous chunk of rubber missing out of the tyre which would not have been done without significant awareness from the driver that damaged was caused. We are very disappointed by this incident as this has never happened before. Although we drove home safely without any incident the computer the following day indicated that we needed to check our tyre pressure and it was only then that we noticed this damage. We will have to replace the tyre at significant cost and it won’t be without inconvenience. We have both travelled together in our car so we know that it wasn’t either of us.
If you can produce evidence of our car in good order (and it should be because the car is new) I would be interested to hear your response.

“I collected my car on Saturday the 12th from T5 Heathrow.
When departing on the 3rd of October all went as planned, but I’m afraid when my car was collected on the 12th the condition was disgraceful. I reported this immediately to 2 members of Park Giant staff who just shrugged their shoulders and couldn’t have been less interested. I won’t be using this company again. I can see from the app that my car was parked in a field and also that it had been used to drive 17 miles between dropping it off and collecting it????”
