“Requests that you call them twice, yet does not answer phone. If you leave a message they do not listen to it then complain you didn’t call them twice. Had to wait 30 minutes dispute them knowing the flight number and me calling twice. Phone recipient was rude and lost his temper.”
“From phoning to say Iwas collecting my bags it took an hour for my car to arrive after calling 3 more times despite being told I would get a call back in 5 minutes which never happened was literally thrown my keys a ticket with a grant not the usual service I have when parking at your other sites”

“I was very happy with the service I received from Park Giant. I was delayed getting to the drop off point due to unexpected traffic around terminal 3. Instead of a 10 minute drive (as per my Sat-Nav) from the Premier Inn it took over 30 mins (early on a Saturday morning) - I kept PG informed and they were helpful and friendly. On my return my airline lost my luggage so I was a long time in the terminal trying to resolve this - again PG were great when I called them to explain my delay. My car was waiting for me when I got to the collection point and I was soon on my way home.”
“This is the easiest transition from car to airport check-in. I simply call 30 minutes ahead to say I’ll be arriving at the terminal and someone was there ready in the place they told me where to meet and took my car instantly. On arrival back, I rang again and the car was ready within minutes. This is a smoothest process I have ever experienced. I will certainly use this service again. The price was also reasonable.”
