Collection requires 2 phone calls - one when you land and one when you get your bags. I phoned from the plane for the 1st. We got through passport quickly and had our bags within 10 minutes - I called as soon as we had our bags but was then told it would be 25 minutes as they would send the car then - this meant we had to wait 30 min in the end for out car. They are good but I question why we call twice if you still end up waiting 30 min for your car.”
