“Would recommend. Very easy to book. I used Heathrow terminal 5 and location to find was easy. Very efficient for delivery and return of vehicle. Had no issues and would definitely use them again.”

No visible identification that they work for APH, grunt at you don’t give clear instructions.
Pick up
Rang as requested (read from tatty piece of paper) and again when cleared baggage. No clear instructions as to where to go, some 30 mins later once we had stood in the car park looking for car, arrived didn’t check who I was handed car over then wandered off not explaining that would be returning with ticket to get out of car park.
Gave 1 star as unable to give zero. Not value for money not value for service.”
“Really pleased with the service and friendliness of the team at Park Giant, instructions on accessing our vehicle drop off could have been clearer but overall well looked after.
Phone calls before we arrived ensured a driver was ready to take our vehicle and kept us informed of a traffic delay when dropping it back off.
Our car was as clean as we left it and no damage. So clearly care had been taken.
Will definitely use them again, best advice is to book early to get best price.

“Pick up was good and we didn't have to wait too long for our car on return. However, the car's battery had been drained and they tried to hide the fact. They must have left lights or engine on. To be fair, they did come and jump start the car within half hour but I wasn't happy”
