“They were there on arrival, even met me at a different car park as I went to the wrong one, on the way back even after me waiting over 40 Minutes for my bags to come off the plane I only had to wait about 10 minutes for them when they expected me way before. I will be using again”
“Not happy, left my car there for a week and it has marks on the paint work. Told the guy there and he said you have to email them. Email them, they say you have to have told the guy at the time. We did tell the guy. Just a way of not having any responsibility for issues. Great ploy. Ask for more photos, sent them and now no replies to emails.”
“Collection of car at drop off was great but we were met by a very rude and aggressive man at collection at arrival who gave us incorrect information and refused to listen to a word we had to say. Will not be using again. Horrible encounter, staff should not speak to people in this way there is no need. They should also tell customers correct not misleading information.”
“I made a mistake in my booking and I needed to amend it - I sent 2 emails to APH which remain unanswered, I sent a FB message again this remains unanswered- finally I received a unhelpful response via Twitter.
I managed to email Park Giant who responded within the hour and were extremely helpful taking me through the procedure

“Arrival went well and no hiccups. Return waited c.45 minutes for car despite phoning twice as requested. We were told the car was at the barrier and would be 5 minutes, it arrived 15 minutes later. Not what you want when you pay for meet and greet! Drivers were polite, I think they need more of them!”
