“The reservation and booking was very easy. The return and delivery of the car back to Heathrow Terminal 5 was also very simple. However the instructions to get to the appropriate drop off point did not match the signs in the airport and we arrived in the wrong place meaning we had to pay an extra £5. The guys came to us however for which we were very grateful. I would recommend you review your drop off instructions.”
“Very difficult to find where to hand over car due to confusing signs and diversions in the car park. We have come back to a parking charge notice for contravention of use of drop off zone which we are appealing. Confusing directions from you may have meant we were in the wrong lane.”
