“A little confusion on arrival as we weren't immediately met and there was no relevant desk. However within minutes we had found each other. Our inbound flight was cancelled and we had to return a day early but one short telephone call and everything was rearranged Thank you. Car was ready and waiting on our return.”
“We are very happy with the meet & Greet service provided by Park Giant. Staff were on-hand to meet us at the car park (Terminal 3 short stay - 4th floor) and the handover was simple.
On the return journey, I rang the number to inform them we had landed and rang again when we had collected our luggage. Once again, staff were available to meet us at the same location.
We checked our vehicle and could see that it had been washed and was in excellent order.
We will use again.”

“The Meet and Greet service was very good but the directions to the car park were absolutely awful. We left the motorway at the stated junction but soon realised that the directions were completely wrong. Having turned around and left at the correct junction, the next set of directions were again misleading to say the least.”
