“Called the number provided 30 mins before arrival. Parked car in the rows as requested, someone arrived within 10 mins, handed over car & was given a receipt. On arrival called to advise our flight had landed, then again on collection of luggage. Waited 10 minutes before the car was delivered & handed over. Call handler was polite & precise. Overall a good experience.”
“Drop off was easy, easy to find location, staff is friendly. My phone calls have be answered. Pick up was God to without at issues. Car was at the same condition. Parking ticket has been payed for me and I had 20 min ahead to leave the parking. That was great.”
“Very simple and easy process!
You give them a call when you’re 20-30 mins from the car park, then just follow instructions, go to the 4th floor far end section “B” and there is an agent who takes the keys, gives you clear instructions and you’re on your way within 5 mins! Then give them a call when you land and then again after baggage claim and you won’t have to wait more than 5-10 mins for your car to meet you at the exact same spot you dropped it off at in the car park. Very seamless process really and I will use again when I next travel.”
