“Booked using Tesco vouchers to pay and no problems. All was very good. We followed the clear guidance on the booking confirmation and was meet on arrival and return immediately by friendly employee. Very straightforward and no need to use shuttle etc for our flight from T5.”
“The drivers that we met were very friendly and the only reason that we didn't give 5 stars was that when we returned there was some confusion, as we were asked to call when we landed and then when we got our bags. Because there was a problem getting off the plane we were delayed and the driver had already turned up before we had collected our bags. Having said that, as soon as we had collected our bags and got to the car park, our car was there with another friendly driver. So, overall - a nice company and very nice drivers.”
