“The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Drop off and pick up went without a hitch. I checked the mileage before and after, car had traveled a resonable 5miles each way (10miles in total).
I would certainly use Park Giant again.”
“Straightforward parking as long as the instructions are followed. I rang twice before we got to APH parking, where we were met and given instructions for our return. We took photos (just in case of damage on collection). Easy to find departures from there. A week later I rang twice again and although we had to wait a little while for the car to be brought round to the level and area, all was fine. A smooth operation all in all.”
“It was easy to find and park. Someone came and got car quickly on arrival and easy on way home , call them twice and they are there waiting for you.
Only negative comment is that we had to pay for parking £6 on arrival and departure and it dosent tell you that in terms and conditions or not that i could see. On departure the attendant did pay as we got held up and he needed to go.”
“Only on thing I would complain about would be that when we called 30min before our arrival the call went onto voice mail so we left a message as it said!
But when we got to the car park we then called again as no one was there, the gentleman on the other end said it wasn't good enough to leave a message!! So we then had to wait 30min for someone to turn up, I would suggest you change the voice mail or remove it.
On our arrival home it was perfect timing so thank you very much.”
“Everything went fairly smoothly. Dropped off car at Terminal 5 without any problem. The flight was slightly delayed on our return which may have contributed to having to wait about 10minutes for the car to be delivered, despite having contacted Park Giant as requested. However, the overall service was good.”
