“Very easy compared to some parking locations. Really helpful that you drop your car at the airport and the driver moves the car for you. Quick turnaround on drop off - waited a little while on collection but nothing too bad.”
“Bad experience, tried to amend the return date via the app, as it stated amend if required. Paid £150 with a voucher of £180. So didn’t think it would be a problem. Was told I would need to pay an unknown excess charge when I return direct to park giant. I asked about the £30 remaining and was told “ you can’t use that” cash only. So, I would recommend but, don’t say you can use the app to amend when you can’t. Also get a mobile that works, the comms out and back were hindered by signal or something else. He couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear him. I ended up paying £20 cash for the additional day direct to the driver.”
