“Convenient but instructions and signage to drop-off point are confusing, especially if you are driving alone without someone to check the instructions - would be good if better signage at the airport.”
“When our car was returned we were told there was something wrong with it , it had obviously hit a kerb or bollard after leaving us and was extremely dangerous to drive, its going to cost a lot of money to repair and we were delayed by a day getting home due to waiting on a recovery vehicle. I will be submitting the bill and expected full payment and compensation for our massive distress. My husband can't get to work because of this !!!”
“Excellent experience. Clear instructions and directions. A gentleman was waiting for me at Heathrow T2 - drop off is outside T2 entrance so no bus transfer was needed. On our return, we called as directed in the instructions and the car was promptly delivered outside T2, so again no transfer buses.
I would definitely use them again - much easier than the off-site parking.”
