“It's hard to call a service "Meet & Greet" if there is no one to meet you or greet you on either end of the trip! I followed all instructions and gave them a 30 minute heads up on the way to the airport, and then called again once inside. It took 15 minutes for the attendant to show up and to go through the transfer. Not something you'd want if you were running late for your flight.
Upon return, I again followed their procedures by calling when I landed and then again after recovery of my bags. It was obvious from the computer in the car that their lot is about 5 miles away, but again it took another 15 minutes after I got to the car park for them to show up.
And lastly, their remote lot must be a dirt lot as it had rained most of the week I was away and the tires looked like they had gone mudding.
The car was in good shape otherwise, but I'm not sure I'd use them again.”
