“Good direction's provided to Heathrow airport, just had to think a little on reaching the 4th floor drop off when we did the right thing by driving straight forward onto the level. Quick handover of the car and then walked across to terminal 5. Return was straight forward and received our car 15 minutes after making our call. It would be nice to have a sign for APH as they don't have a desk, but did state which row our car would be delivered to. No problems encountered.”
