Even with adequate warning - half an hour before arrival and upon landing and collecting bags (following instructions on the booking form) both the collection and drop off of the car was very slow. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes from arrival in the car park before we had the car delivered/collected. This time may aswell have been spent on a transfer from an off site parking rather than having the delivery service. Not worth the extra cost

There was no one to meet us at terminal 5 level 4 row S my wife found someone, who wasn’t one of your employees, who contacted you then one of your employees turned up who didn’t have my details with him, they we’re emailed to him by your office. All this didn’t feel me with confidence but I didn’t have time to make other arrangements.

There was some confusion on arrival, as the driver was not at the airport when we arrived and also a concern as he had no ID. After a rather heated conversation with the driver it appeared they do not expect to be asked for any ID! Paperwork failed to advise that we were expected to call when we were on our way, a little off to be honest, as we booked for a set time and would only call if late! However return journey was very smooth, driver arrived as we came out of the airport, so ultimately the service worked as expected.

A very good service. However I think it would benefit from a short explaination in the confirmation email with instructions on what to expect when leaving the car. I did recieve a phone call on the way, but it was confusing and I didn't really know what I was supposed to do when I got there. It was good in the end, but a short set of bullets explaining the process at each terminal would be really helpful.
