“Other than being slightly hard to understand on the phone, the service was excellent. You drop your car in the official Heathrow car park, which has covered access into the terminal. Meet one of their attendants who will then take your car away. On pickup you call them a couple of times as you progress through the airport. Then in our case our car arrived at the car park at the same time as we did - perfect timing! All went smoothly and we would use them again.”
