“Very concerned to receive my car back and find that the dashcam had been disconnected and the power cable left hanging. Some of our bags that had been left in the car had been opened. Reported it to the company representative and he was totally uninterested. It’s an unpleasant thing to feel that someone has been rifling through your possessions.”
“Every thing went smoothly, driver picked up car and, following the instruction the car was delivered back to the airport. We experienced no real delays, remembering this was Heathrow. I checked the car on return and there was no damage or excessive mileage.
Only other comment - not having a car which would set the seat to my position I had to reset the seat and mirrors (confirming that the driver had made the necessary changes to ensure safe driving) as the delivery driver was shorter than me!”
