“An efficient and courteous service. We experienced just a few minutes wait at Heathrow before we were able to hand over our car on arrival and a similiar amount of time on our return.”
“Easy to drop off at T3 for flight out. Taken to a car park nearby (my car app shows its location) and returned to T5 for Return flight on time and looking as if it had been washed.
Only downside is the feeling that you have to comply with strict timing requirements for drop off and pick up, or you will be charged extra. Probably just badly worded on the instructions.”
