“The car drop of instructions are very confusing for a first time customer. There is nothing on the initial confirmation letter to direct customer where to go or head for once at the airport. . I had to phone the office for clarification . Even then it was by luck that I found the right Lane to enter level 4.
On my return , again, I was only told to go to level 4 but not what zone. I ended up following signs for meet and greet at the opposite end of the car park Zone A only to Go all the way back to zone R after a second phone call. A very long way with all my luggage.”
“We always go with the APH Meet & Greet option when travelling however on this occasion it would have been quicker to go with the bus to the terminal. On arriving at the airport despite following the instructions provided we had to wait in excess of 30 minutes for the person to arrive. On our return, whilst it wasn't as long as our departure it was still an excessive amount of time. We have put this down to a one off as the service in the past has been excellent.”
