“The drop off was smooth although the drop off point itself was quite a chaotic scene with several different companies trying to prioritise their customers. There was a mix up on the return with the drivers going to T5 rather than T2 but this was quickly remedied. A check of the flight details would have shown the flight was arriving at T2. Other than this it was a good service and I would use it again.”
“NEarly impossible to park when I arrived as so busy, so glad I had plenty of spare time to drive round several times and eventually find a space far away. Slow return of car when I got back despite phoning twice as required. You have to phone when you are on the way there - I phoned from the last motorway services and they told me to phone again later - which was impossible as there was nowhere else to stop before I arrived at the airport.”
“Very concerned to receive my car back and find that the dashcam had been disconnected and the power cable left hanging. Some of our bags that had been left in the car had been opened. Reported it to the company representative and he was totally uninterested. It’s an unpleasant thing to feel that someone has been rifling through your possessions.”
