“The service was excellent, thank you. As requested, we called around 20 minutes before our arrival, and a driver was waiting to collect our car. On the way back, we called as requested when landing and when we had collected our baggage, and our car was just pulling up when we reached the designatd parking zone. So all in all, a very efficient service.”
“A slick and easy check in and return service with no issues at all. We flew in/out of Heathrow T3. My only comment is that your instructions say to head for Short Stay Car Park 4 (when returning) whereas the lifts say Short Stay Cat Park 3. We realised after not being able to find the lift for 4 that we had to use the lift for 3 and then go up another level. Maybe your instructions could reflect this? Other than that a very good experience.”
