“We have used a competitor at Heathrow previously which seemed to work better. Apart from a 30 min wait for our car on arrival at Heathrow, the communication was a bit unfriendly on drop off.”
“Fine at car collecrtion, but return, terrible. Had a medical problem on. holiday, so had different flight into t3 not t5. Emailed alterations dept all new details, and phoned and told all new deatils. Then on arrival phoned again, told they had no knowledge of changes ! Gave them half hour, rang back, still argueing with us, said email waste of time, even though it says do this on their ticket !! Eventually agreed to meet us in 20 minutes, waited half hour, no show, rang again, to ber told driver with our car was at T5 !!!!! Idiots !, eventually rolled up half hour later”
“No issues with the parking and collection. Only issue I have is with the customer care e mail. I sent 2 emails one to inform change of reg not actioned and one to inform of my flight delay and that I would be a day late for collection neither got a reply or any acknowledgment.”
“need to put better explanation of how to get into car park once on site to avoid unnecessary charges from the other car parks, as once you are in a lane you cannot get out or turn around.”
