“Had to wait a little while at both the drop off and collection points for someone to arrive but both the handovers were efficient. You have to ring a given number half an hour before arriving for drop off and also ring after collecting luggage ready for collection on the way back. Both times it was very difficult to understand the gentleman on the other end due to his "foreign" accent.”
“A bit chaotic when waiting for my car to be dropped off. No signs to indicate where to wait, other parking companies had reps there who were clearly signed and obvious. I will not use you again - and would rather pay a bit extra for better communication.”
