“Although the departure process ran very smoothly the same could not be said for the return. As requested I phoned just as I landed and again once I picked up my bag but despite this and a further call I waited almost 30 minutes for my car to be returned. The heater in my car was turned up to 29.5 c- even though the outside temperature was 12.”
“The car drop of instructions are very confusing for a first time customer. There is nothing on the initial confirmation letter to direct customer where to go or head for once at the airport. . I had to phone the office for clarification . Even then it was by luck that I found the right Lane to enter level 4.
On my return , again, I was only told to go to level 4 but not what zone. I ended up following signs for meet and greet at the opposite end of the car park Zone A only to Go all the way back to zone R after a second phone call. A very long way with all my luggage.”
