“Your service is appauling. The instructions for arrival at Termnal 5 make no sense whatso ever and NEED REDRAFTING.
You state to get in the left hand lane and follow directions for Avis car return ( ther is no sign for AVIS). BUT then absolutely empahsie and reiterate NOT to follow signs for Meet and Greet (which is the left hand lane). As a result I went in and out of the car park twice (at a cost of £15.00). When I challenged your manager in the car park he commented that lots of people jhad made the same complaint.”
