“We got back earlier than I had originally told parking giant. I rang, expecting to have to wait for my car but they were very accommodating and there was no issue getting my car back early. They were very professional when I dropped the car off and when I collected it. Would definately use again”

“A decent quality service of valet meet and greet parking at Heathrow. They are pretty good at communication when you ring them. I did, however, have to ask them several times to repeat themselves due to very heavy foreign accents. When it came to needing to pay for an extra day of parking, they put a phone into my hands for me to type in my credit card info. I was not comfortable doing this on someone else’s phone! Someone, please introduce these people to contactless payment! Otherwise, if you have no other issues like delayed flights, then these people are fine.”

On this basis I would recommend the company ,but I would strongly recommend you read the conditions carefully to ensure they suit one's individual requirements , especially the bit about damage to the vehicle whils in the hands of the company.”
