“This car park is very close to the new ulez zone and we didn't know this until we had booked. Arriving from a different direction in the pouring rain and when it was dark which meant we hit the ulez area and a charge of £48+welcomed us home. Add to this we were given incorrect directions as to where our car was parked didn't help either!”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry for the confusion you experienced regarding ULEZ charges and where your vehicle was parked.
We do advertise this car park as being outside of the ULEZ zone, meaning it is possible to travel to and from the site without incurring ULEZ charges. However, we appreciate that journey planning can be unclear, particularly when travelling from different locations, and I understand how frustrating this must have been.
I’d also like to sincerely apologise for the incorrect information you were given by the car park staff about where your vehicle was parked. This isn’t the level of clarity we expect, and we will be feeding this back to Maple Parking to ensure this is addressed and avoided in the future.

“They have drop off / pick up small parking, and them main holding parking is miles away.
Found my car dirty, they put a cover on the ground to protect it, but left it and didn’t discarded they rubbish.
They also messed up with my car settings (radio, navigation, heating, lights).

Staff very friendly, checked in very quickly, a transfer bus was waiting to take us to terminal!
On arrival back, bus stop was easy to spot, only had to wait 1 minute then a maple transfer bus arrived to take us to car park.
Key handed back quickly!!

“Our experience was entirely positive. Location was easy to get to (just a short distance from M25 J14), check-in was quick, and we were at T2 within another 20 minutes. On return we had about 10 minutes wait for the return bus; the seats were full of people from T3 so we had to stand in the aisle, but this meant we were first off and first into the key collection building (top tip!).”
“The set up was good, reception and receptionist were good. My only observation would be once on the way back to Maple to collect our car, it was dire, exited arrivals located bus stop 22 in torrential rain and wind to find a shelter with a very small roof cover which did not cover anything. it was packed with just 4 us in it.
Thoroughly soaked we all got on the Maple 5 coach after such a very long wait.
We are very regular customers with APH at Gatwick, Birmingham and never experienced an issue like that soaked freezing and such a long ardous wait for the coach. All the people 5 in total were all dissapointed.
