“worked well - cheaper than other car parks that have additional charges (ULEZ zone & bus/transfer fares), easy to get to, staff polite and friendly, timings worked well (transfer bus waiting to take us to T2 & only 5 min wait on return). would definitely use again”

“This car park is very close to the new ulez zone and we didn't know this until we had booked. Arriving from a different direction in the pouring rain and when it was dark which meant we hit the ulez area and a charge of £48+welcomed us home. Add to this we were given incorrect directions as to where our car was parked didn't help either!”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry for the confusion you experienced regarding ULEZ charges and where your vehicle was parked.
We do advertise this car park as being outside of the ULEZ zone, meaning it is possible to travel to and from the site without incurring ULEZ charges. However, we appreciate that journey planning can be unclear, particularly when travelling from different locations, and I understand how frustrating this must have been.
I’d also like to sincerely apologise for the incorrect information you were given by the car park staff about where your vehicle was parked. This isn’t the level of clarity we expect, and we will be feeding this back to Maple Parking to ensure this is addressed and avoided in the future.
