“Very efficient, clear instructions and no delays on arrival or when collecting the car. The buses run frequently between the car park and the teminals. We would definitely use Maple Parking again.”
“On arriving at the car park there was a drop off area which was fine and check-in was good. Bus transfer was good too. But the parking area was only partially tarmaced for limited cars the rest being dirt and gravel. Not impressed.
Then on our return pick up from the airport the cases from the occupants already sat on the bus were stored incorrectly, laid flat instead of sideways, thus no were to put our cases hence we had to sit holding them in the gangway. A dangerous situation if anything happened on the journey. I relayed my concerns to the bus driver and the office staff on arrival at the car park.
Then to my horror I found out the car had been moved to a different location whilst we were away when I checked my tracking device.”

“This is the 2nd time we have used Maple Parking for our flights from Heathrow, easy to get to, buses were frequent, had to wait about 10 mins on a cold February night but that was expected, straight back to carpark, only issue was I was given the key to the car back and when we got to the car it was blocked in by a car in the front and back so no way of getting out, had to wait another 10 mins to get the car in front moved, maybe the cars should be parked elsewhere when being collected so we can just drive away, again the key code to get out didnt work, 3 attempts and we got out, could not see a # button anywhere!! Will use again as these were just minor issues.”
