“This is the second time I've used Maple parking. It's easy to locate with good directions provided. The shuttle to the airport was clean, prompt and a very short journey. The staff are very polite and couteous - I felt that my customer was appreciated. The cost of the parking was competitive and I have no hesitation to book again with them the next time I fly out of Heathrow.”

“Efficient, straightforward. A larger sign at the entrance would help, as the entrance is easily missed, especially in the dark. Also update terminal 17 bus stand information at Terminal 2 to show it is for Maple parking, as well as all other off airport parks.”
