“We have used APH many times but this was not a good experience. When collecting your car from holiday, the last thing you wanto find or need to find, is that all of the interior controls have been adjusted. This included - drivers seat warmer activated, sterring wheel heater activated, radio station changed, and once we had joined the M25 we found the auto lights had been altered, so we began our journey on the M25 in rush hour with no lights. This is not good enough and it left a very bad feeling for us. I will not use this provider again for Heathrow, and I would also recomend anyone else using them, make a note of mileage before handing over the keys.”
