“Sat nav took me to wrong place to start, but only delayed about 5 mins. After that prompt quick service, waited after check in about 10 mins for bus, straight to terminal 3.On return waited 20 mins for bus outside terminal 3, straight back to car park, easy quick check out, would recommend, good value , and use again.”
“Overall an easy and seamless experience - much cheaper than others and would use again. The only trouble we had was finding the meeting point on our return - we had to travel from terminal 3 to terminal 5 and it was not that clear from the automated phone message that this is what we had to do as it just said 'bus stop 30'. We had lost the physical return card so perhaps clearer instructions were provided on there. But at least we know now for next time!”

“My car is not ULEZ compliant, so rather than pay the £12.50 just for driving I to the airport I found Maple Parking. The check in was excellent and the bus to T3 came after about 10 minutes. The pick up at T3 was smooth and the driver was very friendly. I only parked for four hours, but this worked out a loot cheaper than on-airport Parking. I give top marks.”
“Good check in and frequency of shuttles. Although on the way back, the shuttle did another loop of the terminals rather than dropping me off so lost a little bit of time.”
