“Overall really good, my only feedback really is bus stop 17 at T2 doesn't have Maple listed therefore makes the customer confused about whether at right stop?”
“The commencement of my car parking went well I arrived and met with a lady who was helpful. I was taken to the airport by an also friendly driver of the mini bus. On arrival at the airport we did have to wait about 25 minutes though for the bus to get us back to the car parking. This was a large bus and the driver was a bit erratic with his breaking and we had to hold tight even though we were sat down. I did mention this when I collected my car keys. I received an apology from the staff at reception. I would use again a the parking is well placed and well priced, however I would pefer a smoother ride to and from the airport and would mention it.”
